Search History for Document Submissions

Administrators can use Search History to view completed Document Center submissions. Search History is available in the Bentek banner.

Choose Documents from the Module drop down. Enter criteria and Run.

Administrators can search by Name to view a specific member's document submissions. Or search by Begin and End Date to view all documents submitted within date range.

Completed submissions are listed in date order. Select the document to open. Status of the document and administrator who completed it are recorded. The history icon (clock) in the Actions area shows more detail and comments.

Search History is for historical view only, documents cannot be modified nor status changed.
