Upload or View Document on Member Record

Members can upload documents through the Document Center year-round. Administrators can also upload documents on behalf of members.

Upload or View Documents

Navigate to member's record, select Member Info on the sub-menu and choose Documents.

Administrators can drag and drop files on the page or click to browse. Upload a max of 3 files at a time.

Files uploaded by member and Administrator are both stored on member's Documents page.

Uploaded files must meet following criteria:

  • Have a valid file extension: jpg, jpeg, png, txt, pdf
  • Be under 2MB in size. If a file has a picture extension (jpg, jpeg, png) and is over 2MB in size, BenTek will attempt to resize image.
  • Cannot be blank
