Dependent Benefit Changes Report

The Dependent Benefit Changes report provides detailed data for all member records with dependents who have had a change in coverage, new coverage or termination of coverage on a specified date. The Dependent Benefit Changes report is generated using a single begin date (M/D/YYYY).

If a member elected to change coverage for the dependent(s), those changes will be displayed in the Previous Coverage/Future Coverage columns. Member dependent records will be listed multiple times if more than one coverage was changed (each changed coverage will be listed on a separate line). 

To run this report expand the Transaction Reports category and select Dep Benefit Changes.
Enter appropriate Start Date and Run.
Open report by selecting the Download icon.
