Reporting Overview

Navigate to Reporting from the Benefits Administration Menu.

Reports are grouped into categories:

  • My Favorites: star your favorite reports for quick access
  • Census Reports: rosters for each coverage and dependents, plus the Full Population Census and Waived Medical reports
  • Status & Eligibility Reports: report on employment status and benefits eligibility (New Hires, Terminations, Beneficiaries, etc.)
  • Transaction Reports: record changes in Bentek (OE Stats, Benefit Changes, System Activity Report)
  • ACA & Tax Reports: W2 reporting and PCORI Report
  • RetireSweet Reports: Member invoices and Payment Report

Administrators can also create a report; check out the article for instruction.

Scheduled Reports

Reports can be scheduled to automatically run on a recurring basis. Contact your Bentek Account Manager to schedule reports.

Run a Report

Select a category and report to run.

Enter a Start Date and End Date if applicable, and Run.

Reports will appear under the Generated Files section, with most recent report on top.

  • Use Download icon under Actions to open reports
  • Remove icon will delete reports from the list (deleted reports remain available under File Transaction Log)

File Transaction Log records all activity on the page.
