Invisible Dependent Records

Dependent records can be made visible to the administrator, but invisible to the member.

Records become invisible in one of two ways:

  1. A member removes the dependent record from Employee Benefits Center (EBC)
  2. An administrator makes the record invisible on behalf of member

When a member removes a dependent record from the EBC, the record and all history remain visible to administrators.

Administrators can make a record invisible to the member by selecting the Eye icon on the dependent record, toggling visibility off. The Eye icon with a slash through it, indicates an invisible record.

Select the Eye icon again, to make the record visible again.
