Search for Member using Find Record

Find Record search is available on any page in the Bentek banner.

Search by the following criteria:

  • Status
  • Record Type
  • Client (for multi-entity clients only)
  • SSN
  • Employee ID
  • Name (Last, First)

Search by Status or Record Type

The Status drop-down and Record Type default to search for All records. This will include all members and dependents. Narrow your search by changing these options.

Search by Client (for multi-entity clients only)

If your organization has multiple entities, choose Client drop-down and select the desired entity.

Search by SSN

Enter a member's Social Security Number without spaces or dashes.

Search by Employee ID

Enter member's Employee ID in appropriate field. The example below, shows results for Employee ID 123456. Notice multiple records display, since the search default includes members and dependents.

Search by Name

Enter member's Last Name, First Name within the Name field.

Member's information will appear in a list below the search bar.

If only a portion of the Last Name is typed, all records matching that portion will appear in the list. To narrow the search further, enter a comma and space, then member's first name.

Select anywhere in member's information to open the record.
