BenTek® provides access to employee benefits information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The system allows benefit administrators to review and modify employee benefit records, process benefit reports, approve benefit elections, and more.

For security purposes, BenTek will terminate a session after 15 minutes of site inactivity. An alert will appear when there is 1 minute remaining and administrators will have the option to reset the session time or log-out. At any time during a session, administrators can reset the session time by clicking on the refresh symbol located in the top-right corner of the screen.
The "MENU" button is available on all pages throughout BenTek. Click on the "MENU" button to view and select any available module. By default, the menu will display all modules that are available to Administrators. Within the menu, select Employee Benefits Center to access the features that are available to all employees.
