Using Admin Assist

For members needing extra help, administrators are able to walk them through online enrollment using Admin Assist.

Start Admin Assist by navigating to member's record. Select Admin Assist icon at the top right of the record.

During Admin Assist you are viewing Bentek as if you're the member, which is confirmed in green banner at the top. Use the button to End Admin Assist when finished.

You can navigate and view screens exactly as the member sees them. None of the changes you make (as administrator) will be saved; this is a read only view of the member record. But it enables you to follow along and guide members on proceeding through enrollment and other Bentek functions.

Admin Assist is not a real-time session. As you proceed and the member makes changes, refresh your screen in order to see the changes. To refresh, press F5 function key or the refresh icon in your browser search bar.

Admin Assist can be configured to allow administrators to submit enrollment and save changes on behalf of members. Contact your Bentek Account Manager to learn more.
