Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2026.2.0 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:
- Benefits Coverage page new functionality added allows administrators to add or edit Supplemental Benefit coverage in a wizard‑style form. Not applicable to coverage managed through API where the vendor remains the source of truth. [BT‑21707]
- Eligibility File generation process enhanced to ensure only the most recent plan appears when multiple coverage types fall under a single grouped coverage type. [BT‑43412]
- View‑Only Administrator role updated to include access to the Payments and Balances Due page. [BT‑43371]
- Confirmation Statements updated to display Beneficiaries when the plan is terminated but the benefit class remains active. [BT‑38039]
System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
