Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2025.11.3 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

• Dependent coverage termination updated so all coverage ends the day after a dependent date of death is entered. [BT-35480]
• Personnel Import corrected to prevent status changes that differ from the file and to properly apply Coverage End Date when determining termination for terminated employees. [BT-36769]
• Employee elections update process corrected to prevent orphaned secondary elections when admins modify elections with secondary options. [BT-39990]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
