Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2025.6.0 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

  • Employee Benefits Center benefit elections page error message updated for slider benefits that require a spouse but no spouse is listed. [BT-27066]
  • Search History Beneficiaries module updated for certain scenarios causing a page error. [BT-35639]
  • Pending Benefits widget updated to include Coverage Type column, download to Excel icon, and a navigation button to the Pending Benefits screen. [BT-41914]
  • Employee coverage page (on admin side) validation and warning added to alert an admin when adding/editing coverage that a pending benefit record exists for the same coverage. [BT-29818]
  • Medicare Eligibility widget update to only include members enrolled in a medical plan. [BT-41900]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
