Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2024.10.3 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

• COBRA export updated to correctly handle reporting when elections are configured to terminate on the status termination. [BT-40120]
• New Employee Demographics year-round module added to EBC for users to edit their address and contact information. [BT-35178]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
