Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2024.7.2 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

• Beneficiary designation page updated to prevent users receiving a pop-up error for Guardian information on minors not designated as a beneficiary. [BT-35641]
• Benefit Changes report updated to include Employee ID column. [BT-38086]
• OE Stats report updated to include location, email, and address information. The "Enrollment Stats" report updated to include email and address information. [BT-22669]
• RetireSweet My Payments page added to allow members to view payments/balances and invoices for current and prior bill dates. [BT-39298:RetireSweet]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.

Effective June 15^th, 2022, Microsoft discontinued support for Internet Explorer 11. Only those organizations who are paying Microsoft for extended support are eligible for IE11 security updates.
