Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2024.6.0 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

  • Search Help Articles functionality was updated to meet vendor requirements to display help articles. [BT-38893]
  • Pending Benefit page updated to give users a popup error message and save the appropriate election. [BT-38996]
  • Verified emails for employees belonging to multiple entities, issue resolved so the email can be saved to the current profile. [BT-39022]
  • RetireSweet Payment Import updated to validate payments with employee ID and last four digits of social security number. [BT-38392]
  • RetireSweet Premium Invoicing and Payments page enhancement to capture coverage changes, with a pending and approval process for administrators to update invoices. [BT-37419]
  • RetireSweet Payment Reconciliation report updated to resolve functionality issues. [BT-39018]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
