Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2024.4.4 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:
- Eligibility file update to better handle employees who change tiers while enrolled in more than one coverage. [BT-38229]
- Employee Account Info screen (on admin side) updated for page error on users without an account created. [BT-38875]
- RetireSweet General Ledger report, layout updated to include: total deduction, contribution, and subsidy per account. [BT-38839]
- Financial Journal report updated to better capture NSF Fees & Over Payment amounts on the Summary Tab. [BT-38821]
System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
