Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2024.3.0 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:
- Employee records updated to display age in the header of collapsible Member Information section. [BT-38199]
- Member search updated to correctly display all matching results instead of first few only. [BT-38277]
- Medicare Eligibility widget updated to exclude employees and dependents that have MBI number (Medicare Beneficiary Identifier) on record. [BT-38203]
- Employee subsidy screen updated to include calculation amounts for subsidies that do not require a plan, as well as informational text for navigating to such plans. [BT-38200]
- WEX Cobra export updated to correctly generate with all dependents captured. [BT-38256]
System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
