Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2024.1.2 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

• Personnel Import updates made to enhance the error report and allow for additional characters in the Job Title field. [BT-34498]
• New RetireSweet General Ledger report added. Reach out to your Bentek Account Management Team for configuration options and to add to your site. [BT-37597]
• RetireSweet Premium Invoicing & Payments page updated to allow date input fields to correctly respond to user input. [BT-37836]
• RetireSweet Premium Invoicing & Payments page updated for capturing duplicate or missing amounts owed. [BT-37918]
• RetireSweet billing updated to always display 2 decimal places on amounts owed. [BT-37321]
• FRS RP140 Exports file updated to include all deduction amounts even when only one election change was made. [BT-36204]
• RetireSweet Payment Tracking Groups updated for error upon saving. [BT-37989]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
