Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2023.11.0 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

• RetireSweet subsidy calculations updated for congruent subsidy rates. [BT-37452]
• RetireSweet enhanced to allow prepayment for newly retired members. [BT-37369]
• RetireSweet updated to correctly capture prepayment amounts for terminated or deceased members. [BT-37418]
• RetireSweet new Retire Date report added. Provides a list of retirees, demographic information, and first month billed within the date range entered. [BT-37341]
• RetireSweet Subsidy Calculations enhanced with option to automatically apply subsidy to member records when a new benefit class is added. [BT-37367]
• RetireSweet Payment report enhanced to include prepayments, fees, and adjustments. [BT-36980]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
