Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2023.1.1 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

• Benefit Changes report updated to reduce generation time. [BT-34853]
• Deposit Slip report (RetireSweet) updated to correctly filter by payment date and adjust column displayed. [BT-34807]
• Coverage Rosters under Census reports updated: to remove duplicate reports for certain carriers and include other carriers. [BT-34933]
• Subsidy Calculations page redesigned to improve performance. [BT-34540]
• Payment Import for RetireSweet enhanced to accept a vendor code that bundles multiple coverage types, yet maintains separate payments for each coverage type. [BT-34808]
• Employee Subsidy page updated (section header) to improve display. [BT-34539]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
