Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software.  Bentek Version 2022.3.3 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

•  Corrected an issue where new hires who did not have access to New Hire Orientation received a notification indicating that their access to New Hire Orientation was being removed shortly. Now only those employees who have access to New Hire Orientation will receive such a notification. [BT-26249]
• Made adjustments to the file format for Shelby County Schools' Cushion report.  [BT-31789]
• Addressed an issue where benefit rules for an employee with a salary of $0.00 would not load properly [BT-27762]
• Corrected an issue where cobra exports would return incorrect plan information when 'retiree' status was included [BT-31723]
• An issue was discovered where an administrator may receive two pop-up messages when saving their notification settings without selecting a notification frequency. This has been corrected to show the proper message to the administrator. [BT-24380]
• Standard billing has been updated to properly show adjustments and an employee does not have an effective coverage. [BT-32042] 

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.

The Bentek application and videos are currently supported by the following browsers: Chrome version 44 and higher, Mozilla Firefox version 40 and higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 11 or higher, Microsoft Edge 12 and higher, and Safari 9 and higher.
