Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software.  Bentek Version 2021.5.0 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

• The Full Population Census has been updated to include three new columns: Hours, Job Code, and Job ID. [BT-27068]
• The Over Age Dependents widget has been enhanced to exclude hidden dependents. [BT-23710]
• The Dependent Record Issues widget has been enhanced to only show dependents that are currently covered on a plan, or will be covered on a plan in the future. [BT-24095]
• A new alert message will appear to Administrators during any attempt to run eligibility files if any record has overlapping coverages in a multi-entity. [BT-19813]
• The Full Population Census has been updated to include records with a "No Benefits" benefit class. [BT-27410]
  
• Updated plan rules to permit termination of covered dependents when the PCP field is populated but the plan does not permit a PCP code. [BT-27705]
• Cobra exports were updated to exclude employees if they were terminated prior to their benefits becoming effective. [BT-25208]
• The Report Building Tool has been updated to include waived plans based on client configuration. [BT-27803]
• The Admin Assist feature has been updated to bypass multi-factor authentication (MFA) for Administrators. [BT-28383]
• Termination rules have been enhanced to ensure no coverage can be terminated with a date that is not on or before the respective benefit class date. [BT-24053]
• Alert messages for Cobra exports have been updated to display specific information when the file fails to generate due to record error(s).  [BT-26839]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.

The Bentek application and videos are currently supported by the following browsers: Chrome version 44 and higher, Mozilla Firefox version 40 and higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 11 or higher, Microsoft Edge 12 and higher, and Safari 9 and higher.
