Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software.  Bentek Version 2020.8.5 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

•  As issue was discovered when a user tried to retrieve their login information through the e-mail process. This has been corrected so the user can reset their password after clicking on the link received via e-mail. [BT-26013]
• An issue was discovered where Administrator Assisted EBC submissions were being ignored on various EBC related items on the Administrator Dashboard. This has been corrected so that they will now show. [BT-25209]
• An issue was discovered where no eligible beneficiary designations would appear for a plan. If no beneficiary was already assigned to the plan, and the employee was not the primary, and contingents weren't allowed, then the user would not see the list of eligible beneficiary designations. This has been corrected so only the list of eligible beneficiary designations will appear where appropriate. [BT-25968]
• The EBC Submissions widget and the OE Stats report have been updated to include additional information for Passive Enrollments and Admin Assisted Enrollments.  [BT-25834]
• Resolved an issue in which election boxes that were configured to not show under specific enrollment conditions were still appearing on the Benefit Elections screen. These specially configured election boxes will no longer appear when specific conditions are met. [BT-26000]

System updates are released during our weekly scheduled maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Only when necessary will an urgent patch be released outside the scheduled maintenance window. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application before system maintenance is performed.
