Bentek’s Development and Client Success teams work continuously to implement new features and improvements to the Bentek software. Bentek Version 2020.6.9 includes the following key updates within the Administration and Employee Benefits Center Modules:

• The New Hires report was updated so columns can display more text before being truncated. [BT-20318]
• The New Hires report was updated to display Voluntary Worksite Benefits as applicable. [BT-21852]
• The Summary of Benefits displayed on the Enrollment Introduction screens for multi-entity clients has been updated to remove duplicated information. [BT-25164]
• The configuration within the Passive Enrollment option has been updated to validate dependent eligibility. [BT-25199]
• The set-up for new hire notifications has been updated to ensure only new hires set-up with access to the new hire module receive notifications. [BT-22273]
• The Life Event module has been updated so any changes to dependent records are displayed when a life event session is restarted. [BT-22624]
• The validation within the Life Event approval process has been updated to accept the '#' symbol within the address field. [BT-21928]
• The alert message display that appears when a benefit class is terminated has been updated. [BT-25244]
• The benefit election configuration has been updated to properly manage restrictions to specific benefit options. [BT-25245]
• The Life Event notification set-up has been updated so notifications are not sent until the life event is submitted. [BT-23031]
• Instructional content has been added throughout the site. Users will see a new 'info' icon next to each page title that can be clicked to display instructions. [BT-25210]
• The Enrollment Summary report has been updated to properly handle subsidy calculations. [BT-25241]
• The OE Stats report has been updated to address an issue causing it to fail during the generation process. [BT-25288]

System updates are generally released on a monthly schedule during our maintenance window on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Bentek is committed to updating you on these changes made to the Bentek application after system maintenance is performed.
