The Benefits Eligibility report provides detailed data for member records that have a benefit class start date that matches a date within the specified date range entered to generate the report. If the date range is set for 9/1/2019 through 9/30/2020, the report will contain all member records that contain a benefit class start date that is on or after 9/1/2019, but no later than 9/30/2020.

If a member record contains a benefit class start date prior to 9/1/2019 such as 8/31/2019 or a hire date after 9/30/2020 such as 10/1/2020, the record will not be included in the report. The report lists records in alphabetical order by last name and includes applicable data including demographics, job data, benefit eligibility date, etc.

To run this report expand the Status & Eligibility Reports category and select Benefits Eligibility Report.
Enter appropriate Start and End Date and Run.
Open report by selecting the Download icon.
